At Darwin Domiciliary Care Agency, we offer support packages to people living in their own homes.
Our aim is to work with people to support them to be as independent in their own home as possible. We offer individualised support packages covering all aspects of activities of everyday life from 1 to 24 hours a day, to meet an individual's needs and support them in the way they would like.
Barchester's community support team can also work in partnership with Reside Housing Association to provide housing for people who need this kind of support. Click here for more information on Reside.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission as a Domiciliary Care Provider so can assist with personal and health care as well as a wide range social support.
We work closely with our service users, people within their social network and with our colleagues in health and social care through an open and transparent approach with clear and ongoing communication.
