Sudbury House

Your home, your choices and support

Sudbury House provides the environment in which to support people with learning disabilities, autism and associated communication and behavioural support needs. We support people to enable them to lead a positive and fulfilling life to achieve personal goals and ambitions.

We have a strong community integration focus and promote access to social, health, education, and employment opportunities; supported by our links with community initiatives, local schools and colleges.

Everyone is different, so we work with people in different ways. Individualised support is at the heart of what we do. We help to identify specific needs and wishes, and offer a range of accommodation and support options that suit individual lifestyles and needs.

Personalised support packages are designed to be flexible, adapting to changing needs and progression through each individual's rehabilitation pathway. We support people to make choices and decisions through joint support planning.

Sudbury House is set in an acre of grounds in the village of Ynystawe, near Swansea. It is situated approximately half a mile North of Junction 45 of the M4 motorway, between Ynysforgan and Clydach in the lower Swansea Valley.
