Rhallt Care Home

Providing Quality care for your loved one
At The Rhallt we provide first-class 24-hour nursing care alongside expert care for people with dementia in our Memory Lane Community. We also provide support for people with MS and Parkinson’s.
The Rhallt shares a site with The Lodge, a boutique home with nine rooms providing first rate care in beautiful surroundings for people over the age of 65.
Our team of highly-qualified and attentive staff really focuses on the individual needs of the people we support with a personalised care plan in place for each person.
Our dedication can be seen across all of our departments - in our cooking, hospitality and organised activities for our residents.
Our purpose built 82-bedroomed home, which is surrounded by beautiful gardens, is located in a semi rural position on outskirts of Welshpool. We are close to local amenities and within easy reach of Shrewsbury, Oswestry and Newtown, and just a few short miles up the road and you are in the beautiful Welsh countryside.
We think you'll find that we're ideally suited to meet your needs now and in the future to ensure you get the most from your retirement years.
Renowned for our quality of care and friendly, welcoming atmosphere The Rhallt invites you to call in for a coffee and chat at any time.

Andrew Logan Museum Visit
Some of the residents from the Rhallt are involved in a mosaic project which is being organised by Jessica Callen from the Andrew Logan Museum & Art Gallery. These residents recently visited the Museum where they spent time checking out some of the art including trying out an arty zimmer frame.
Visit to Chester Zoo
Some of the residents and staff from the Rhallt visited Chester Zoo in the Summer. They managed to see and take photographs of most of the animals relaxing in the sun. A great day was had by all and we are hoping to organise another trip next summer.
