We offer 24-hour nursing care to adults of all ages in a stress-free luxury environment with fine dining and activities.

In our separate Memory Lane Community we offer expert care for those living with a dementia. A stimulating and friendly environment that will offer support to both the resident and their families.

Philip Hartenfeld - General Manager
Philip is responsible for the overall management of the home encompassing the quality of care, the staff team and the facilities within Rothsay Grange.
Amanda Smith - Administrator
Amanda is responsible for all of the financial administration of the home and the non-clinical resident documentation. Amanda has been at Rothsay since it first opened its doors in September 2009.
Christine Moorman - Receptionist
Christine is the first point of contact for all visitors and guests into Rothsay. Christine assists Amanda with the administration in the home and is happy to offer assistance and support where needed, and always with a delightful and cheerful demeanour.
Donna Stickley - Head of Dementia/ Memory Lane
Donna is dedicated to managing the exceptional level of Dementia Care that is provided at Rothsay. Her innovative and empathetic approach ensures that our residents in Memory Lane are in a comfortable, secure, safe and stimulating environment.
Becky Shearer - Head Housekeeper
Becky who has 10 years experience in high level housekeeping is Rothsay's Little Fairy! She is a perfectionist & gets the greatest satisfaction in delivering an exceptionally clean and tidy environment which is consistently safe, friendly, warm & inviting.
Sue Young - Head of Care
Sue is responsible for the delivery of quality care to our residents. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role and is a dedicated team leader.
Lynne Whordley - Home Trainer
Lynne ensures that staff are trained to both Governmental and Barchester Regulations in all aspects of care; this is done both during induction and through continuous training programs to ensure any changes in legislation are accommodated.
Richard Young - Maintenance Manager
Richard is responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds and all safety aspects concerning the residents and staff team.
Adrian Gizmos - Head of Elderly Care Unit
Adrian bring a wealth of experience to his role as Head of Unit. He is reposible for the team caring for our elderly residents and is very passionate about the quality of life.
James Butterfield - Head Chef
James joins us after many years working as a Head Chef for various caring organisations. He brings with him a clear understanding of nutrition and looks forward to working with the team at Rothsay.
Beverly Leaver - Head of Re-enablement Unit
As a qualified nurse Beverly has spent many years nursing patients with rehabiliitation needs within Hampshire. She ensures the quality and the smooth running of her unit to ensure residents have a pleasant stay during their time at Rothsay.
