Paul Morris – Deputy Manager
Paul is Deputy Manager, with a Commercial focus for the home, also taking the lead on Memory Lane. Paul comes to Chalfont Lodge with a wealth of experience in care management and dementia services.

Barbara Hughes - Activities Organiser
Care, motivate and inspire though a wide variety of daily activities both individually, or in small or large groups.
Gail Davies - Marketing & Quality Manager
Readily available to speak to you when you first contact the home, helping you with your questions regarding the home and arranging for you to view Chalfont Lodge.
Darren - Head Chef
Darren makes sure our residents have a large variety of meals. A suggestion box in the Dining Room ensures residents can request their favourite meals. Home made cakes and biscuits are available daily and a home made sweet trolley is always available.
Aggie - Canine Therapist
Aggie, Chalfont Lodge's resident dog, did not quite make the grade as a 'Hearing Dog for the Deaf', but she is certainly changing lives in the home. She wanders around the home getting fussed over by all our residents, visitors and staff, bringing smiles
Dejan Cacija - Head Music Therapist
Music therapy provides individual, small group and open sessions across all units involving composition and performance opportunities.
Jyoti Ganger – Clinical Deputy Manager
Jyoti is Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead for Chalfont Lodge. Jyoti is a Registered Nurse with a wealth of experience in the Nursing field, and brings her expertise to the home.
Lucy Hamilton – Physiotherapist
Lucy is part of the Physiotherapy team at Chalfont, promoting the Physical and functional wellbeing of each resident.
