South Grange Care Centre is a purpose-built home on the outskirts of 'Bonnie Dundee' in the seaside town of Monifieth.
South Grange was built on the site of a previous farm building and has retained the charm of the 'Mill' which is now are main lounge. South Grange exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The Seven Arches is a purpose-built facility within South Grange Care Centre, providing expert care for young clients with acquired brain injuries, neurological disorders and those clients who need to be ventilated. The team at Seven Arches consists of Specialist Trained Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, an Occupational Therapist, Senior Care Assistants and Activities Staff. The team work with each client to facilitate a plan of care specific to individual needs and can provide slow stream rehabilitation as well as long term and palliative care.
Our home is rated 'Very Good' by the Scottish Care Regulation Commission (SCRC). SCRC is the independent body that regularly inspects all care homes in Scotland.

Keri is responsible for the clinical care of older people at South Grange.
Claire Cargill - Head of Unit
Claire is the Head of The Seven Arches Unit. This is a unit for brain injured clients with flow stream rehab, long term care and ventilated clients.
