Opening Very Soon, a stunning new care home in the centre of Lymm!

Opening in summer 2012 Cheshire Grange Care Home has being carefully designed to be able to deliver first class quality residential and nursing care to older people, including those living with dementia. The home will be set in beautiful landscaped gardens and will provide 50 superbly appointed en-suite bedrooms.

Nursing Care

Cheshire Grange will provide first class 24-hour Residential and Nursing Care in a warm, homely and friendly environment. At Barchester, we celebrate life and make sure the people we support do too. We do this by treating everyone as individuals, and always tailoring our services and support to meet their needs. Our hand picked team of qualified and dedicated staff will focus on the individual needs of residents and will be committed to providing professional and respectful care ensuring they keep the resident at the very heart of everything they do.

Dementia Care

Cheshire Grange will also provide a Memory Lane Community, where our highly qualified staff will ensure each individual is given the personalised care and attention they need. While those needs may vary, our fundamental services will always remain consistent: 

• We will create and offer a home-like feel where people will be helped to recall happier times with familiar decorations in their rooms and memory boxes filled with their personal items to rummage in.
• We have created an environment which will meet the needs of the ladies and gents who live with us. This will include special crockery, tableware and kitchens, alongside enclosed sensory gardens with low risk walkways.
• Most importantly we will provide care that supports people’s freedom of choice and develops their life-skills and self-esteem, helping them maintain and develop their independence.
• We will ensure individuals feel comfortable and safe in their surrounding environment, helping ensure they live life with dementia rather than just ‘exist’ with it.
