Magnolia Court is a purpose-built home in Golders Green. The home has recently undergone refurbishment. There are attractive single rooms and a quiet lounge area where residents can entertain their families and guests. We aim to provide an environment as near to a 'home from home' as possible.

Celebrating the Queen's Birthday!
Residents at Magnolia Court donned golden crowns to celebrate the birthday of Queen Elizabeth the 2nd. The room was decorated with red, white and blue bunting and we enjoyed lovely refreshments while looking at photographs from a Royal Scrapbook. Plans are also in place for a Diamond Jubilee party at Magnolia Court for residents and families on Monday the 4th June, which everyone is looking forward to!
Memory Lane Residential Dementia Facility Opening
On Wednesday 15th June Magnolia Court celebrated the opening of its 12 bedded Memory Lane Residential Dementia Facility. Guest presentations were made by Peter Todd, Locality Manager for the North London Alzheimer's Society and Dr Catherine Horwood, Ambassador for the Alzheimer's Society. The Worshipful Mayor of Barnet, Councillor Lisa Rutter declared the facility officially open. Nicola Phillips, General Manager presented a cheque of £250 towards the Alzheimer's Society's Singing for the Brain Project.
Come dine with me at Magnolia
Magnolia staff and residents enjoyed a 'Come dine with me' event on the 24th May. Family and residents enjoyed a lovely afternoon of fun, with a raffle, music, numerous cups of tea and delicious scones, specially made by our Cheff Ruggy.
Cake baking session
Residents from the Memory Lane and Highwood units at Magnolia Court enjoyed baking sessions with Activity staff - Yanira and Charlotte, under the supervision of the chef Leighton. Biscuits and cakes were made for residents to enjoy with family members and each other.
