Everyone at Hollybrook House and Treeview Court has dreams and aspirations

Hollybrook House provides residential care and support and Treeview Court provides supported living for people with mental health difficulties, with or without learning disabilities, and who may also have contact with the criminal justice system.

The team at Hollybrook House works closely with the individual, their family, the local community and professionals to develop a structured and meaningful person-centred programme of care and support. We focus on meeting individual needs with an emphasis on social inclusion, opportunities and promoting the recovery ethos wherever possible.

We help to identify specific needs and wishes, and offer a range of accommodation and support options that suit individual lifestyles and needs. We encourage people to make choices and take control, through individually designed and personalised support planning, direct decision making and personal development.

We have a strong community integration focus and promote access to social, health, education, and employment opportunities; supported by our links with community initiatives, local schools and colleges.

Everyone is different, so we work with people in different ways. Individualised support is at the heart of what we do.
