Heath Farm House Care Centre

Your home, choices and support
Heath Farm House provides the environment in which to support adults with learning disabilities, with or without associated mental health needs. We support people to enable them to lead a positive and fulfilling life to achieve personal goals and ambitions.
We have a strong community integration focus and promote access to social, health, education, and employment opportunities; supported by our links with community initiatives, local schools and colleges.
Everyone is different, so we work with people in different ways. Individualised support is at the heart of what we do. We help to identify specific needs and wishes, and offer a range of accommodation and support options that suit individual lifestyles and needs.
We work with people supporting them to make their own choices and to direct their own support, through individually designed and personalised support planning.
Heath Farm House is set in peaceful rural surroundings and has a variety of local amenities all within a short drive from Norwich.

Halloween at Heath Farm
Halloween came to Heath Farm House, huge cobwebs appeared despite all of our attempts at cleaning, witches and ghouls adorned the corridors! Staff assisted residents to make pumpkin lanterns lit by special lights and this was followed by a ghoulish Halloween supper which included witches brew soup, spaghetti bolognese with "eyes", and pumpkin decorated cake.

Summer Holiday
Residents have recently enjoyed a summer holiday on the coast of Norfolk where they were able to participate in activities of their choosing, e.g. fishing, walking, funfairs, meals out, horse racing.

Norfolk Broads
Residents, staff, family and friends have enjoyed an evening on the Norfolk Broads aboard the Southern Comfort, a Mississippi steam boat complete with a delicious buffet produced by our chef.
