Gryphon Place provides 24-hour dedicated nursing care and support for people with a range of complex and neurological conditions. We support people to enable them to lead a positive and fulfilling life to achieve personal goals and ambitions.
We focus on the individual; working in conjunction with families and key professionals to develop a personalised package of care that is regularly reviewed to ensure it adapts with individual changing needs to support and maintain individuality, dignity, privacy and independence.
Everyone is different, so we work with people in different ways. Individualised support is at the heart of what we do. Personalised support packages are designed to be flexible, adapting to changing needs and progression through each individual's rehabilitation pathway. We support people to make choices and decisions through joint support planning.
Gryphon Place is set in a community setting in a suburb of Norwich and has a variety of local amenities.

New Wildlife Garden
Staff and residents at Gryphon Place have been developing a wildlife area in an unused part of their garden.
New Reception Sign
Staff and residents have been enjoying arts and crafts in the sunshine. We decorated some letters to create a lovely colourful sign for the reception area.
