Tracey Bunting - General Manager
The General Manager is responsible for ensuring our Memory Lane Community really does offer the highest quality of care to every resident, their families and friends.
Jennifer Calton - Deputy Manager
Jenny assists the General Manager with the running of Ashfields. Ensuring that the care offered is at the highest standard, and that each resident is receiving the right care for them personally.
Emma Spary - Administrator

Kim Horley - Head of Care/Trainer
Kim is responsible for the management and delivery of expert care to our residents. She is also the Home Trainer, making sure that all our staff are trained to the highest standard.
Hayley Calton - Activities Co-ordinator
Hayley leads the team that offer a varied range of activities and entertainment for all. Hayley ensures there is never a dull moment.
Abbie Bunting - Receptionist
Abbie will probably be the first person you will speak to or see. Abbie is not only the receptionist she is also a Senior Carer and is very involved in the running of the home.
Paul Lusher / Jackson Orr - Joint Chef Managers
Paul and Jackson work along side each other in delivering a very high standard of wonderfully tasty and nutritious meals.
Paul Harte - Maintenance Manager
Paul is responsible for ensuring that every aspect of Health and Safety has been observed, that everything is working and really well maintained.
Reagan Alvord - Head Housekeeper
Reagan is responsible for leading our housekeeping team, making sure that the home is spotlessly clean and hygienic. She also ensures that her team provides a well run Laundry.
