Local school visit Lakeside to sing Christmas carols!
Lakeside Care Home had the local school, St Peters Primary, in on Friday 2nd December to sing Christmas carols. The residents enjoyed singing along with the children. Songs included Silent Night and other classic Christmas songs. The children were then given chocolates and they went round and spoke to the residents before going to look outside at the lake and the ducks. Everyone had a lovely afternoon.
Lakeside Refurbished Dining Room Opens
Residents and staff at Lakeside in Jersey celebrated the occasion with champagne followed by a 4 course lunch. A special thank you to Sally Worlock for creating a fabulous dining environment for the residents and staff, they love the transformation!
Come Dine at Lakeside
At Lakeside a lovely afternoon tea with a waterside view was the order of the day, raising a whopping £303 for the Foundation! Staff and residents were very much involved with the preparations beforehand to ensure that all guests from the local community enjoyed the warmest of Barchester welcomes.

Richard oversees all aspects of Hospitality at Lakeside.
