Liza's role is to manage all daily operations within the home and ensure that residents experience exceptional service and person-centred care.

Jean Dutton - Head Chef
Jean has over 18 years experience as a top chef and enjoys taking part in Barchester's Annual Chef Competition, which is judged by celebrity chef Paul Rankin .

Marion and her team work hard to ensure that the home maintains Barchester's high standards and that they work to create a relaxed, personal atmosphere for residents, relatives and staff.
Alison Jones - Activities Co-ordinator
We all know that keeping active is important and Alison and her team are here to ensure that residents experience an environment that's both stimulating and socially active. The home also has its very own mini bus!

Shelia supports the Iddenshall team to take advantage of the wealth of career development opportunities available from The Barchester Training Academy.
Catherine MacDonald - Unit Manager
Previous to joining Iddenshall Hall as a Unit Manager, Catherine had worked for the NHS for 17 years.
