Westvale recently held a fabulous day celebrating the lives of residents and staff from the present and past and into the future too!
To commemorate the day - three flowering trees were planted - with the help of Mayor of Warrington - Councillor Graham Wellborne and Matron of St Roccos Hospice Beth Eccles.
The Mayor even had time to pick up some gardening tips from a resdient of Westvale Lynda Fletcher. Lynda;s stunning raised flower beds and hanging baskets have been entered into Barchester Healthcare's annual Barchester in Bloom competiton too!
There was plenty of singing and dancing as well and even a Tombolla. All the items on the Tombolla stall were donated by a former resident Jenniffer Blenkinsopp - who sadly died earlier this year.
