Recently awarded both the Investors in People and The Welsh Food Hygiene Silver Awards. The Rhallt is rightfully proud of all of its staff. Team work is paramount and all staff receive ongoing training from the in-house Home Trainer. Nursing staff receive regular clinical updates and most care staff have reached level 2 NVQ and a number have NVQ 3.
