Residents enjoyed a day of Eastern themed celebrations at Queens Court Care Home in Wimbledon. Staff and residents from Queens Court Care Home marked Indian Independence Day by dressing in outfits and wearing jewellery from the country.

Everybody enjoyed fine Indian cuisine while staff entertained the residents by dancing to Indian music. The home was decorated with flags and some of the residents created colourful garlands and pictures related to Indian culture. The staff and residents had a great time together.
