The Wild West came to Llys as cowboys and cowgirls donned their stetsons and chaps. Amid shouts of yee-ha the American Independence Day party begun. American style food was served for lunch, followed by an afternoon of entertainment. Local duo Glen & Don provided the music and were accompanied by a very special guest star “Dolly Parton” aka Christine the cook. The rodeo then followed with hobby horses galloping across the floor to join in the dancing. A great time was had by all staff, residents and relatives.
