Hollyfields Care Home

Overview
We provide first-class 24-hour specialist care for people with Dementia including Young Onset Dementia and Mental Health in our Memory Lane Community.
Our team of highly-qualified and attentive staff really focus on the individual needs of our residents with a tailored care plan for each person.
Our dedication can be seen across the board - in our cooking, hospitality and in organising activities for our residents. We've also been awarded 5 stars from our environmental health check.
Hollyfields is set overlooking Habberley Valley and many of our rooms have stunning views of the valley and the surrounding green belt area.
We're proud of our socially active community which revolves around superb facilities alongside first-rate care
We look forward to welcoming you for a visit!
We also have a sister care home, High Habberley House, nearby. Please click here to see what High Habberley has to offer.
Our home is rated ‘Excellent' by the Commission of Social Care Inspection (CSCI). CSCI is the independent body that regularly inspects all care homes in England. It now publishes the ratings it awards each home - excellent, good, adequate and poor. To download our latest inspection report, please click here.
Services and facilities
The home has many special decorative features that are in keeping with Memory Lane. We also have two gardens a sensory and a courtyard walled garden. Both are well stocked with seasonal plants and we pride ourselves on having been a finalist in the Barchester in Bloom Gardening competition judged by Charlie Dimmock. We have a new area under construction at the front of the home that is a resident idea and will increase the choice for residents and relatives to utilise.
