Key Staff
You are welcomed by the Receptionist who will answer your queries and direct you to the appropriate person or to the residents room as required. The General Manager, or her Deputy, will give you full information of the services and facilities that the home provides and will take a full history of your relative or friend needing care. If you visit the home outside office hours, a trained member of staff will be happy to help and inform you.

Ola is responsible for ensuring that quality care is delivered by competent, caring staff and the quality of the facilities is maintained.

Position: Deputy Manager
Responsibilities:
Deputises for the General Manager in her absence and supervises staff. Responsible for completing quality audits.
Name: Patsy Mathewson
Position: Receptionist
Responsibilities:
Patsy answers the telephone, meets and greets everyone who comes to the Home and directs you to the person you are visiting.
Name: Elizabeth Bickley
Position: Administrator
Responsibilities:
Elizabeth deals with accounts and can answer questions regarding these.
