Key Staff

We have about 60 staff working at Collingtree all of which have completed an induction. All seniors are NVQ level 3 qualified . The manager and deputy have both got RMA , NVQ level 4. All care staff are well trained and the home has its own in house trainer implementing all mandatory training to all staff. We do have a mixture of local staff and oversees employees all can speak good English.

All admin including invoices , fees and resident enquiries

Responsible for the kitchen and all kitchen staff, menus
