Clients can relax in one of three lounges, take their meals in one of two dining rooms or remain in the comfort of their own bedrooms. Landscaped gardens surround the building and seating areas are provided.

From Hull City Centre or Beverley follow the A1079 to the outer ring road, posted Sutton. Follow the outer ring road to the B1237. turn left at mini roundabout onto Wawne Road
