Venita is the general manager for the care home. She is responsible for staff, quality of life and facilities.
Name: Katie Plumb
Position: Deputy Home Manager
Responsibilities:
Katie is the deputy home manager whose role is to assist the general manager with the management of the home and deputise in her absence.
Name: David Massingham
Position: Head Chef
Responsibilities:
David is responsible for providing, managing and developing a high quality catering service to residents, guests and visitors to the home.
