Atfield House Care Home

Overview
We provide first-class nursing and residential care. We also provide specialist care for those with dementia in our Memory Lane Community and have a facility for palliative care.
Our team of highly-qualified and attentive staff really focus on the individual needs of our residents with a tailored care plan for each person.
And our dedication can be seen across the board - in our cooking, hospitality and in organising activities for our residents.
Atfield House is a modern, purpose built home set on beautifully landscaped gardens. We're located in Isleworth; opposite St. John's Park and close Kew Gardens and the Thames Riverside.
We think you'll find we're ideally suited to meet your needs. Drop in and see us at our best!
Our home is rated ‘Good' by the Commission of Social Care Inspection (CSCI). CSCI is the independent body that regularly inspects all care homes in England. It now publishes the ratings it awards each home - excellent, good, adequate and poor. To download our latest inspection report, please click here.
